With over 20 years of dedicated service, Dr. Constance Quigley has tirelessly contributed to communities across the United States. As a certified Human Rights Consultant by the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, Dr. Quigley focuses her advocacy on advancing the rights of disabled individuals and children. Through her ongoing research and active involvement, she remains a guiding force for those who need it most. 

Dr. Quigley’s work extends beyond advocacy—she is also a passionate philanthropist. Her grassroots efforts and crowdfunding campaigns have supported fundraising initiatives for disabled persons, youth, and LGBT programs, among many other vital causes. Her longstanding dedication has earned her a reputation as a leader in community action and empowerment. 

In 2012, Dr. Quigley completed the prestigious Learning by Giving Foundation’s certificate program, a program developed by Doris and Warren Buffett. She has since continued to donate countless hours each year to children’s educational initiatives. With a keen focus on teaching our youth how to identify responsible philanthropic initiatives and empowering them to take more active roles in shaping the events in their own communities, Dr. Quigley actively leads community programs that support academic success, fostering opportunities for youth to thrive.
